About the Role

THE FORUM is recruiting for a hospitality focused Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher Worker is responsible for providing support to the Food and Beverage Department.

Hourly Wage: $20.94 - $25.24

Weekend Shift Differential Pay: $2 per hour

Employment: Full Time

Shift Schedule: PM Shift (1:00 PM - 9:30 PM)

Must be available to work on weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleans Kitchen Area including ware washing and storage.
• Pot washing.
• Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment.
• Performs Storeroom Maintenance including receive, store, and issue food items from storeroom.
• Rotates stock in storeroom.
• Maintains cleanliness of storeroom.
• Delivers food and beverage carts to appropriate areas as needed.
• Performs general “heavy labor” as required by the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Sous Chef.
• Completes set-up work for special events.
• Complies with all sanitation policies and procedures.
• Performs duties in a timely and efficient manner and on a schedule determined by kitchen and dining operation.
• Maintains acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code.
• Maintains safe and sanitary conditions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Ability to work productively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to set up and operate dish washing equipment.
• Able to perform strenuous physical labor, lifting, etc.
• Maintains a courteous and professional manner with staff, residents, and guests.
