About the Role
Join Ventures is seeking a Finance & MIS Intern to assist with MIS reports, expense tracking, invoice reconciliation, and maintaining logistics-related financial data.
Key Responsibilities
- Finance & MIS (Primary Focus)
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports in Excel.
- Track and update operational and logistics expenses.
- Assist in invoice verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain expense trackers and financial records.
- Analyze Cost-to-Sales (%) and other basic business metrics.
- Support management with data analysis and reporting.
- Basic Logistics Support
- Maintain logistics cost trackers.
- Update shipment and delivery reports.
- Maintain 3PL dispute trackers.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for follow-ups.
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel:
- Basic formulas
- Data formatting
- Basic functionality
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting.
- Basic functionality of Tally ERP.
Qualifications
- Practical exposure to finance and accounting operations.
