About the Role
- We are looking for an intern to join our Legal team for Summer 2027.
- This role sits where legal practice meets technology, with a main project focused on using AI tools to transform how the team captures, organizes, and applies its knowledge.
- The internship centers on building and maintaining a dashboard to memorialize, categorize, produce, and query investor documentation, providing a single, clear view of investor commitments.
- You will also use AI to streamline other legal functions, including building playbooks for negotiating positions and systems for preserving institutional knowledge.
- By the end of the summer, you will have delivered a lasting, practical tool and gained an understanding of how in-house legal work supports a leading investment platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across functions with colleagues outside the legal department to design and build the investor documentation dashboard, translating legal concepts into a structured, user-friendly, and valuable business tool.
- Develop and refine legal playbooks and knowledge management tools independently, taking ownership and exercising judgment on knowledge organization and sharing.
- Apply AI technologies to automate, organize, and improve legal workflows, aiming to replace manual processes and free up the Legal team for higher-value work.
- Participate in one-day rotations through different sub-teams within Legal (funds, corporate, trading documents, portfolio management) to understand the full range of the team's work.

- Strong problem-solving skills, comfortable working collaboratively and independently.
- Deadline-driven, with the ability to complete assigned work by the end of summer.
- Excited to work at the intersection of legal expertise, technology, and investment strategy.
