Nonprofit Engagement Associate

About the Role

Enlightened ATL is expanding its community outreach and nonprofit event marketing initiatives and is seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join their growing team as Community Outreach & Engagement Associates. In this role, you will support nonprofit organizations and community-focused campaigns by connecting directly with the public, increasing awareness of important causes, and encouraging meaningful community participation. This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in nonprofit communications, event marketing, public relations, community engagement, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations and community-focused initiatives at local events and outreach campaigns.
• Engage with community members through professional, face-to-face communication.
• Educate the public about nonprofit missions, programs, and opportunities to get involved.
• Support fundraising awareness, donor engagement, and community participation initiatives.
• Assist with the coordination and execution of nonprofit promotional events.
• Build positive relationships with community members, supporters, and event participants.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach goals and campaign objectives.
• Participate in professional development workshops focused on communications, marketing, and leadership.
