Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

About the Role

• Job Title: Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant
• Location: Financial District, New York City
• Work Model: 5 Days On-Site
• Role Type: Full-desk (360), Account Executive-style sales role, focused on placing Cloud Technology talent with clients. This is a client-facing, sales-driven position, not HR or internal recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new client relationships through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow client base and drive revenue.
• Run in-depth client meetings to understand hiring needs and tailor searches.
• Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle: sourcing, screening, submitting, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and closing.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Outbound sales experience is preferred.
• Cold-calling experience is a strong plus.
• A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
• The ability to build relationships at every level of an organization.
• Resilience, drive, and a genuine hunger to keep improving.

Qualifications

• Total compensation range: $49,000 — $70,000 (includes base salary of $49,000 and projected Year 1 commission).
