About the Role
This is an internship opportunity at Gaurav Gada & Associates, a chartered accountants firm specializing in accounting, goods and service tax, income tax, audits, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting letters in reply to notices received from tax authorities.
- Coordinating and following up with clients to gather information required for notices.
- Studying the latest amendments and updates in the field of tax.
- Analyzing and preparing computations of income, workings, tax effects, and reconciliations for direct and indirect taxes.
- Maintaining books of accounts in Tally software.
- Working extensively on MS Excel spreadsheets.
- Working on GST, Income Tax, and TDS return filing and related compliances.
- Working on statutory, internal, and stock audits.
- Working on ROC compliances.
