Position: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive
Location: Sector 2, Noida
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000/month + Incentives
Work Mode: Work from Office
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and connect with potential leads.
- Explain services, including portfolio shoots, model photoshoots, brand shoots, photography, and creative production.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert interested prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain lead records and work towards sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Confidence in speaking with clients and handling objections.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer operations.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
