About the Role

The Volunteer at Two Words Design | Engineering and AI will support design, engineering, and AI-driven projects that focus on creating high-impact digital products for clients. This is a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with UI/UX design tasks.
• Helping translate business models and data into clear user interfaces.
• Contributing to no-code development using tools such as Webflow or Airtable.
• Documenting project workflows and outcomes.
• Collaborating with the core team on research.
• Testing prototypes.
• Gathering feedback.
• Refining designs or product flows to better meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Ability to support UI/UX design efforts, including wireframing, basic visual design, and user flow documentation.
• Interest in product strategy and business models, with the ability to interpret data and connect it to user experience decisions.
• Familiarity with no-code or low-code tools (e.g., Webflow, Airtable, Retool, Bravo) or willingness to learn them quickly.
• Strong research, written communication, and documentation skills to capture requirements, insights, and process steps clearly.
• Collaborative mindset, reliability in a remote setting, and readiness to work in a fast-paced, outcome-focused environment.
• Demonstrated curiosity about design, engineering, and AI.
• Comfort working across time zones and with diverse teams.
