About Us
VisualURL is an IT firm that develops ERP and inventory management solutions for businesses across India, especially in the Bath, Sanitary, and Tile industries. We help businesses manage their day-to-day operations more efficiently through technology.
About the Role
- Coordinate with clients, understand their requirements, and manage their queries.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle data, assist with reports, and work on ERP-related processes.
- Help clients understand and use the software effectively.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and commonly used functions.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn.
