About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Associate based in Thakurpukur. The role involves identifying and engaging potential buyers and tenants, conducting property visits, and explaining property features, pricing, and terms. The associate will handle client inquiries, maintain regular follow-up, and provide customer support throughout the sales process.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Communication skills (verbal and written).

• Ability to learn quickly and participate in Training.
• Basic understanding of real estate or willingness to learn.
• Comfort with on-site client meetings in Thakurpukur and nearby areas.
• Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
• Proficiency in local language and English for client communication.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education.
• Higher education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in sales or field marketing is an advantage.
