Social Media Manager Executive

About the Role

Mideaseed is seeking a creative, trend-savvy, and execution-focused Social Media Associate / Manager to manage and grow the social media presence for multiple brands. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about content creation, Instagram trends, branding, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels.
• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with design, content, and production teams.
• Stay updated with platform trends, features, and algorithm changes.
• Monitor content performance and generate actionable insights.
• Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns and engagement activities.
• Support shoot planning and content coordination as required.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0–3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and short-form content.
• Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and analytics tools is a plus.
• Experience with paid advertising is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Final role and compensation will be based on experience, skills, and the selection process.

Growth & Compensation

• Social Media Manager: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000/month
• Social Media Associate: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month
• Performance-based increment and growth opportunities after 3–6 months.
