About the Role

STUDIO L1 PHOTOGRAPHY is looking for a proactive, result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join their growing team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable photography and videography packages.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Generate new leads through online and offline marketing activities.
• Build business partnerships with wedding planners, event organisers, makeup artists, and other relevant vendors.
• Identify new marketing opportunities to increase brand visibility.
• Manage customer relationships and maintain a proper lead database.
• Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities.
• Track sales performance and submit regular reports.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to identify opportunities and generate leads independently.
• Self-motivated, organised, and target-oriented.
