About the Role

AI Video & Visual Content Intern — The Storii

Role Objective

Work with The Storii's creative team to create realistic, engaging, and visually strong AI-powered videos for brands, advertisements, social media, and digital campaigns. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to AI video generation, video editing, color correction, VFX, and creative content production.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Video Creation
• Learn and use AI tools to create videos from text, images, and creative concepts.
• Experiment with AI-generated environments, characters, products, and scenes.
• Convert simple ideas and scripts into visual video concepts.
• Explore new AI video-generation tools and workflows.
• Video Editing
• Edit Instagram Reels, advertisements, and short-form brand videos.
• Create engaging cuts, transitions, and pacing.
• Add music, sound effects, text, and subtitles.
• Repurpose existing footage into different social media formats.
• Assist senior team members with larger video projects.
• Realistic AI Editing
• Learn to combine real footage with AI-generated visuals.
• Work on background replacement, object removal, and AI-generated elements.
• Improve the realism of AI-generated footage through editing and compositing.
• Identify and correct common AI-generated visual errors.
• Color Correction & Grading
• Perform basic color correction on videos.
• Learn to match colors between different clips.
• Work on skin tones, exposure, contrast, and white balance.
• Assist in creating cinematic and premium-looking color grades.
• Learn how to match AI-generated footage with real footage.
• Creative & Visual Development
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for client projects.
• Suggest new AI-powered ways of creating content.
• Create visual references, mood boards, and basic storyboards.
• Experiment with different cinematic styles and visual concepts.
• Research new AI tools and techniques relevant to video production.
• VFX & Motion Graphics — Basic Level
• Learn basic compositing, masking, and tracking.
• Assist with simple visual effects.
• Create basic motion graphics and text animations.
• Explore AI-assisted VFX workflows.
• Social Media Content
• Create short-form videos designed for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Understand hooks, pacing, and retention.
• Create multiple creative variations from a single concept.
• Adapt videos according to different brand requirements.
• Quality & Learning
• Review AI-generated videos for glitches and inconsistencies.
• Maintain quality and brand guidelines.
• Take feedback and make revisions quickly.
• Continuously learn new AI tools and editing techniques.

Important — Experience Not Required

Freshers and students are welcome. We are not expecting the candidate to already know every AI tool. What matters more is that they have: Good editing fundamentals + creativity + curiosity about AI + willingness to experiment. A candidate who currently knows only Premiere Pro/DaVinci and is actively experimenting with AI can be a better fit than someone who knows many AI tools but has poor editing and visual fundamentals.

• Location: Work from Office — Hyderabad
• Duration: Minimum 6 months

Growth Opportunity

The intern can eventually develop into a full-time AI Video Creator / AI Visual Content Specialist based on performance and ability to independently handle projects.
