About the Role

FinTech Superwoman is a platform that empowers and supports women globally in Fintech. We connect talent, provide access to knowledge, mentoring, and community formats to foster careers in the financial technology sector. Our focus is on practical resources, visibility of role models, and promoting diverse perspectives in the industry. We work closely with partner companies and experts to create attractive learning and development opportunities.

As an Intern at FinTech Superwoman, you will support the team in day-to-day operations and projects related to Fintech and community building. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to research projects.
• Create presentations and content.
• Support events.
• Maintain data and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with various team members.
• Assist in organizing workshops and community activities.
• Contribute own ideas for platform development.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to navigate confidently in an international, diverse environment.
• Interest in Fintech, digital platforms, and topics related to financial education, innovation, and diversity.
• Structured work approach, willingness to learn, ability to manage multiple tasks, and proactive initiative.
• Studies in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Social Sciences, or related areas) are beneficial.
• Good English language skills are beneficial.
• Experience with common Office tools, online collaboration platforms, and social media channels is desirable.
