About the Role

The Dental Practitioner role at Cosmodent India is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced dental procedures, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative and cosmetic treatments.
• Manage patient consultations.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols.
• Coordinate with the support team to provide efficient patient care.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Maintain a compassionate and professional chairside manner.
• Participate in continuous learning.
• Follow clinical guidelines.
• Contribute to the overall quality and reputation of the clinic.

Qualifications

• Professional dental qualifications such as BDS or MDS from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the Dental Council of India.
• Clinical skills in general dentistry, including diagnosis, restorative treatments, endodontics, prosthodontics, and basic orthodontic procedures.
• Experience or strong interest in cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry, including smile makeovers and tooth whitening.
• Proficiency in using modern dental equipment, digital radiography, and other hi-tech clinical tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Commitment to infection control standards.
• Adherence to clinical safety protocols.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Ability to manage time and appointments efficiently.
• Prior experience in a multi-specialty or high-volume dental clinic is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO-certified clinical practices is beneficial.
