About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Trainers - Azure Data Engineering role based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured training programs on Azure Data Engineering concepts and tools.
• Cover data storage, data processing, and data integration services on Microsoft Azure.
• Prepare course materials.
• Create hands-on labs and real-time project examples.
• Conduct classroom and lab sessions.
• Mentor learners on practical implementation.
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback.
• Update content to align with industry trends.
• Coordinate with the academic and placement teams.
• Maintain high standards of teaching quality, professionalism, and learner engagement.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Azure Data Engineering services: Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake.
• Information Technology and Software Development skills.
• Teaching and Training skills, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and conducting interactive classroom and lab sessions.
• Lecturing or academic delivery experience, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to adapt training content to different learner groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant Azure certifications (such as DP-203: Data Engineering on Microsoft Azure) are highly beneficial.
• Prior experience as a technical trainer, faculty member, or corporate instructor in data engineering or cloud technologies is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
