Junior Project Manager

About the Role

At Roadcast, we're building Bolt v2, our flagship IoT & fleet telematics platform. This involves high-throughput Go microservices, modern Angular frontends, live vehicle telemetry, dashcams, and EV diagnostics. We are looking for a Junior Technical Project Manager to bring order to this complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between backend, frontend, QA, and hardware teams to ensure releases.
• Break down ambiguous product ideas into sprint tickets for developers.
• Identify and resolve dependency bottlenecks.
• Run effective stand-ups and maintain ticket hygiene.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Tech-literate: Background in B.Tech / BCA / CS / IT or equivalent technical knowledge. Understanding of APIs and concepts like database deadlocks is expected.
• Familiarity with production Go or Angular is not required, but a solid technical understanding is.

Qualifications

• A natural inclination to organize and manage tasks.
• Ability to work autonomously and figure out solutions.
• Management or Scrum certifications are optional but a plus.
