Digital Marketing Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and multi-talented Fresher to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be the visual voice of our brand. You will be responsible for transforming our product and process information into engaging brochures, videos, and presentations, while also ensuring our social media channels and website remain active and up-to-date. This is a perfect role for a "Generalist" creator who loves designing, video editing, and managing digital communities.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Graphic Design

• Design professional product brochures, flyers, and one-pagers based on technical content and data provided by the team.
• Create high-impact PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations for internal and client-facing meetings.
• Design static graphics (banners, carousel posts, stories) for various digital platforms.

Video Production

• Edit and produce short product showcase videos and process explainer videos.
• Create engaging short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) to highlight company updates or product features.

Digital Management

• Manage company accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook. Schedule posts, write captions, and engage with the audience.
• Update the company website with new banners, blog posts, and product details to ensure information is current.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Design Tools

• Proficiency in Canva is a must.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a huge plus.

Video Editing

• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, InShot, or DaVinci Resolve).

Presentation

• Expert-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (animations, formatting, layout).

Web Basics

• Basic understanding of CMS platforms (like WordPress, Wix, or Shopify) to update text and images.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good aesthetic sense.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
