Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and optimize office network, laptops, peripherals, and software.
• Troubleshoot OS, hardware, and application issues across Windows, macOS, or Linux.
• Test, suggest, and deploy AI tools/workflows to automate repetitive tasks.
• Enforce baseline security, manage access controls, and handle patch updates.
• Maintain inventory, manage software licenses, and coordinate with vendors.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system setups, and office tech rollouts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Mandatory AI Passion: Active AI enthusiast with hands-on experience or projects using modern AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, local AI models, or automation scripts).
• IT Core Fundamentals: Strong foundation in computer hardware, basic network setup (routers, switches, Wi-Fi configuration), and operating systems.
• Troubleshooting Detective: Natural curiosity and knack for solving technical problems.
• Education & Credentials: Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related fields, or equivalent practical project portfolio/certifications.
