About the Role
As a Package Specialist for Enterprise Asset Management AMS, you will assist clients in the operational support of Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Solutions. You will demonstrate overall understanding of Maximo-based solutions while leading functional discussions for minor enhancements to existing solutions with internal and client teams. This role can be performed from anywhere in the United States of America.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional discussions for minor enhancements to existing Maximo-based EAM solutions with internal and client teams, including design, build, and test teams.
- Assist clients in the operational support of Maximo EAM Solutions, ensuring seamless solution delivery and effective issue resolution.
- Showcase overall understanding of Maximo-based EAM solutions, providing expert guidance and advice to internal and client teams.
- Work closely with internal and client teams to ensure successful solution delivery and implementation.
- Develop and implement minor enhancements to existing Maximo-based EAM solutions, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Deep Expertise in Maximo EAM: Proven experience with Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Solutions, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Maximo-based solutions and their applications.
- Experience with Solution Enhancement: Experience in developing and implementing minor enhancements to existing Maximo-based EAM solutions, showcasing ability to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- Operational Support Expertise: Experience in providing operational support for Maximo EAM Solutions, ensuring seamless solution delivery and effective issue resolution.
- Functional Discussion Leadership: Experience leading functional discussions for minor enhancements to existing solutions with internal and client teams, including design, build, and test teams.
- EAM Solution Knowledge: Deep understanding of Maximo-based EAM solutions, with expertise in providing expert guidance and advice to internal and client teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional Maximo Module Knowledge: Experience with other Maximo modules, such as supply chain or service management.
- Industry-Specific EAM Expertise: Knowledge of industry-specific EAM best practices and standards.
- Advanced Technical Skills: Familiarity with advanced technical tools and programming languages, such as Java or Python.
