About the Role
DigiChakra360 is seeking a creative, confident, and proactive individual to serve as an on-page creator and content personality, grow the company's Instagram presence, and build meaningful brand partnerships. This is a creator-led growth opportunity focused on building a brand rather than solely managing a social media account.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an on-page creator and content personality for DigiChakra360.
- Create and publish engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, and posts.
- Grow the page organically through consistent content, engagement, and community building.
- Actively engage with followers, brands, and potential collaborators.
- Conduct Instagram outreach to brands and initiate partnership conversations.
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound Instagram inquiries and brand collaborations.
- Coordinate paid brand deals and support campaign execution.
Earning Opportunity
- Earn 5% of every paid brand deal successfully secured through DigiChakra360's Instagram presence and handled through the agreed partnership process.
- Build your personal creator portfolio while growing a global media brand.
- For the first 3 months: Performance-based incentives only based on brand deals closed.
Certificates, Recognition & Professional Credentials
Upon successful completion of the internship, eligible candidates will receive:
- Internship Completion Certificate: Mentioning your role, internship duration, and total hours completed.
- Letter of Recommendation (LOR): Based on performance, ownership, and professional conduct.
- Experience & Contribution Summary: Highlighting responsibilities, projects handled, deliverables, and key achievements.
- Performance Recognition: Acknowledgement of measurable contributions, including leads generated, meetings booked, and deals supported or closed.
