About the Role

Muttoottu Mini Finance is seeking an on-site, full-time Associate for their branch in Bengaluru. This role focuses on supporting daily branch operations and customer service within a growing financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations.
• Assist customers with account-related queries.
• Process applications.
• Handle documentation.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Engage with customers in person, explaining financial products.
• Support customers through the application and approval process.
• Assist with basic reporting.
• Perform follow-ups on customer requests.
• Contribute to a professional and efficient branch environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with computers and office tools, including MS Office, email, and basic data entry in financial or CRM systems.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with branch teams.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and building trust.
• Basic financial and numeracy skills, with comfort handling transactions and reviewing documentation.
• Solid organizational and administrative abilities, including attention to detail, record-keeping, and time management.
• Knowledge of local languages in Bengaluru is an advantage.
• Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or retail customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in financial services.
