About the Role
Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for their respected Management Training Program. This program offers a career path with a clear beginning and an open end, full of opportunities. The position is located at 8232 Lakeland Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch.
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as an operational expert.
- Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Put customers first.
- Establish relationships in the community to build business.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following:
- Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant/service, or hospitality industry.
- Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 3 years.
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
- At least 18 years old.
