Position: Voice Process Executive - Accounts Receivable (AR)
About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a leading healthcare organization and build a career in Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with US insurance companies on claim status and payments.
- Resolve unpaid claims and outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
- Develop professional communication and healthcare domain expertise.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM).
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualifications
- Only Life Science Graduates.

- Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM)
- Monday to Friday
- Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off
- Pick-up & Drop Cab Facility Available
