Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team at Vetic. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups, while gaining practical experience in corporate hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and assess suitability for open positions.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant field; graduates with an interest in HR may also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
