About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate - Supply Operations to support recruitment, talent acquisition, and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source and identify candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Manage candidate communication, engagement, and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers to facilitate interviews and timely closures.
• Track recruitment progress, maintain candidate databases, and share regular updates.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
