About the Role
Sevita provides quality services that empower individuals, enhance independence, and help people live well. We support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently at home and in their community. We provide person-centered services that help people build skills, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential.
Pay Rate: $18.47 Per Hour
Key Responsibilities
- Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Assist people with their personal hygiene.
- Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
- Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
- Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
