About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive / Internship / Junior role based in Ongole. The role involves assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for VillageNeed app, including both online and offline channels. The position is designed for early-career professionals or interns who want hands-on experience in tech product marketing within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting market research.
- Analyzing user feedback.
- Helping define target audiences.
- Contributing to product positioning and messaging.
- Drafting marketing content.
- Coordinating basic promotional activities.
- Engaging with potential users.
- Tracking campaign performance under guidance from senior team members.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Market planning and marketing skills.
- Ability to support campaign design and execution.
- Experience or interest in market research and data-driven insights.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic understanding of sales and user acquisition processes for digital products or mobile apps.
- Comfort with digital tools, social media platforms, and app-based ecosystems.
- Familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work on-site.
Qualifications
- Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
