About the Role
RTAC is looking for a Web Application Developer to build engaging, responsive interfaces for its software products and business applications. The role involves translating functional requirements into interactive web experiences while maintaining usability, performance, and code quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance frontend modules for web-based applications.
- Build reusable components and responsive page layouts.
- Integrate APIs to display and process dynamic application data.
- Ensure consistent functionality across browsers and devices.
- Identify UI issues, debug frontend code, and optimise page performance.
- Collaborate with backend developers and QA teams to deliver application features.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with React.js and modern frontend development practices.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and Git.
- Exposure to Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or UI component libraries is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Freshers with relevant projects or practical development experience are encouraged to apply.
