About the Role
The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Intern will support the design, development, and evaluation of AI and ML models for real-world staffing and recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with datasets.
- Perform data preprocessing and exploratory analysis.
- Implement and test ML algorithms.
- Assist in building prototypes that improve candidate matching and screening.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently in a remote setting, and communicate clearly with cross-functional technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, data visualization tools, or MLOps practices is a plus.
- An interest in how AI can transform recruitment and talent acquisition.
