B2C Inside Sales

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site B2C Inside Sales role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The professional will engage with potential customers via phone and digital channels to understand their real estate needs, explain NoBroker’s services, and guide them through the property search or service selection process. This position is ideal for freshers interested in building a career in sales within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Providing accurate information about plans and offerings.
• Addressing customer queries.
• Maintaining high conversion and retention rates.
• Updating CRM systems with customer interactions.
• Following up on leads.
• Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort with CRM tools, telecalling systems, and standard office applications.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: clear spoken English and local language proficiency, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Sales and customer service skills: lead handling, objection management, negotiation, and maintaining a customer-centric approach in B2C interactions.
• Basic technology and productivity skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills: ability to handle high call volumes, prioritize tasks, and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
• Problem-solving and adaptability skills: resilience in a target-driven environment and readiness to learn continuously about products and processes.
• Educational qualification: a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fresh graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.
• Previous internship or exposure in sales, customer support, or telecalling is beneficial but not mandatory.
