About the Role

As a Produktionsmitarbeiter:in Korkvorbereitung (m/w/d), you will support the preparation, processing, and provision of cork materials for the further production process. This is a full-time, on-site position in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and operating production lines.
• Machine operation in the area of cork processing.
• Controlling materials according to specified quality standards.
• Ensuring order and cleanliness at the workplace.
• Documenting processes.
• Reporting deviations or disruptions.
• Close collaboration with the production team.
• Adherence to safety and work instructions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in production support and working on production lines.
• Ability to implement work processes in a structured and efficient manner.
• Practical experience in operating and performing basic maintenance on machines.
• Technical understanding of production equipment in the area of material preparation.
• Knowledge in quality control and visual inspection.
• Careful and reliable working method to ensure consistent product quality.
• High adaptability, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to quickly integrate into new processes and support shift work.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Initial professional experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of occupational safety.
• Physical resilience.
• Confident use of simple documentation and reporting systems.
