Operations Associate

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, organised, and execution-focused Operations Associate to join our team and help deliver memorable team-building and employee engagement experiences for corporate clients. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in the planning, coordination, production, and on-ground execution of corporate events and team-building programs. You will work closely with the founders to ensure every program is planned well and delivered smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end operations for corporate team-building and employee engagement programs.
• Understand program requirements and convert them into clear execution plans.
• Prepare checklists, timelines, material requirements, manpower plans, and other operational documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, facilitators, vendors, and external partners.
• Ensure all materials, equipment, props, and resources are arranged and ready before every program.
• Track inventory and ensure materials are properly maintained and stored.
• Be actively involved in the setup and execution of corporate events and team-building activities.
• Travel within Bengaluru and occasionally to other cities across India for event execution.
• Maintain operational checklists and documentation for every program.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple people at the same time.
• A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Good at solving problems and taking ownership.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic documentation.
• Willing to travel for corporate events and work on-ground when required.
• Energetic, proactive, and comfortable interacting with corporate teams.
• Enjoys events, experiences, people, and creating memorable moments.

For Freshers: No prior experience in event management or team building is required. We value attitude, ownership, communication, willingness to learn, and the ability to execute.
