Position: Field Service Engineer - Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
Specialization: Electrical Engineering & Mechanical Engineering
Job Locations: Chennai | Hyderabad | Mumbai | Coimbatore | Sivakasi
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of packaging machines at customer locations.
- Attend machine breakdowns and provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support.
- Identify and rectify mechanical and electrical faults in packaging machinery.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspection, and servicing of machines.
- Conduct machine testing and ensure proper machine performance after installation and servicing.
- Coordinate with senior service engineers and internal technical teams for resolving complex issues.
- Travel to customer locations within the allocated base region as per service requirements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Willingness to travel within the allocated base location.
- Willingness to stay at customer sites during installation and commissioning projects.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Strong interest in field service, machinery, troubleshooting, and hands-on technical work.
