Key Responsibilities
- Manage C class items procurement activities end-to-end.
- Oversee the Purchasing Cycle, including PR to PO, sending POs to suppliers, PO confirmation, delivery follow-up, and supplier payment coordination.
- Coordinate with vendors for actual delivery status of material.
- Ensure on-time completion of Open Purchase Order Report and Shortage Report for review.
- Process Pull in, push out, and Cancellation requests as per the MRP report.
- Achieve KPI Targets.
- Maintain inventory to optimum levels as per site requirements.
- Coordinate with Internal Business Partners (requestors) and suppliers for Purchase Order Changes.
- Manage Supplier database.
- Handle Shortage / excess escalation management.
- Coordinate and follow through on urgent receives and past dues.
- Resolve receiving challenges.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Required)
Qualifications
- Diploma or B.com / B.B.A / B.Sc / MBA.
- 0 to 2 Years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain (Not mandatory).
