Technical Trainer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainer role based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training sessions focused on technical and placement-oriented skills for students preparing for tech careers.
• Plan and organize training modules.
• Conduct classroom sessions.
• Clarify technical concepts.
• Support learners through doubt-solving and practice exercises.
• Collaborate with other trainers and content teams to ensure training materials remain current and industry-relevant.
• Collect feedback.
• Track learner progress.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs.

Qualifications

• Skills related to Technical Trainers and Technical Training, with a strong interest in teaching technology-focused content.
• Skills in Training & Development and Training, including the ability to structure and deliver effective learning sessions.
• Strong Communication skills, with clarity in explaining concepts and engaging diverse learner groups.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts, aptitude skills, or IT fundamentals will be beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to classroom and workshop formats.
• Manage time effectively.
• Use digital tools to support learning.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring students.
• Willingness to learn and openness to feedback and continuous professional development.
