About the Role
Support a portfolio of Operational Resilience initiatives across Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core program deliverables, including policies, procedures, standards, and playbooks supporting resilience capabilities.
- Build and manage remediation plans arising from testing, assessments, and regulatory reviews, including action tracking, escalation, and reporting.
- Coordinate with business, technology, and corporate stakeholders to drive timely delivery and ensure alignment with the OR framework.
- Support resilience testing and exercises (e.g., Tabletops, BCP, DR, scenario-based testing), including preparation, execution tracking, and follow-up remediation.
- Prepare executive-ready materials for senior management and governance forums, including status updates, dashboards, and regulatory submissions.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Operational Resilience framework, standards, and governance practices.
