Marketing Intern

About the Role

We are a B2B Travel Tech startup reshaping how travel agents sell and deliver exceptional travel experiences worldwide. We enable travel agents to book flights, hotels & holidays conveniently and provide comprehensive end-to-end on-ground travel services.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end: identify opportunities using data, create content, launch campaigns, and report results.
• Design and implement retention and reactivation campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and in-app channels to drive agent engagement and business growth.
• Collaborate with product & sales teams to craft ideas that solve real business problems.
• Create campaign content and communication (posts, mailers, in-app creatives, or WhatsApp messages) aligned with business goals and brand tone.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Sheets, Amplitude, or CleverTap, and iterate fast based on learnings.
• Stay curious and proactive about market and competitor trends to fuel new growth ideas.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficient in Canva.
• Good understanding of different business verticals.
• Creative thinker.
• Willing to brainstorm.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Able to design.
• Eye for potential campaign ideas.
• Ability to perform consistently.
• Willing to hustle.
• Willing to learn how to analyze social media trends.
• Willing to increase marketing skills.
• Available for 6 months.

Additional Details:

• Office Location: Connaught Place, Delhi
• Work Timings: 9:30 AM till work gets over.
• Working days: 6 days a week.
• Daily working hours: 10 - 12 hours daily.

Stipend:

• Month 1-3: INR 25,000
• Month 4: INR 30,000
• Month 5: INR 35,000
• Month 6: INR 40,000
