About the Role
The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and personnel records for team members at ONE Simulation. The role includes implementing and maintaining HR policies, administering employee benefits, and supporting performance management processes to ensure compliance and organizational alignment. The specialist will collaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture, address employee queries, and coordinate training and development initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
