About the Role
As a Business Development Associate at WonderLab, you’ll help build and maintain business relationships through thoughtful outreach, clear communication, and reliable follow-through. You’ll work with colleagues to identify opportunities and keep potential partnerships moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Research prospective organizations and contacts, gathering relevant details to help prioritize outreach.
- Draft and deliver clear, engaging outreach messages, using spoken English confidently in introductory calls and conversations.
- Support meetings by preparing background notes, capturing key points, and tracking agreed next steps.
- Follow up with prospective partners promptly, answering routine questions and routing requests to the right colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, conversations, and opportunities in WonderLab’s tracking tools.
- Help prepare presentations, proposals, and other materials tailored to each conversation.
- Review outreach activity and responses with the team, sharing useful observations to improve follow-up and identify next steps.
