About the Role
The Product Analyst supports the development, implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Forbright Bank's digital banking products, promotions, and customer experiences. This role works across Product, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Technology, Customer Care, and external partners to translate business needs and customer insights into well-defined, executable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages promotional initiatives through the full lifecycle.
- Researches operational exceptions.
- Analyzes Voice of Customer feedback.
- Helps maintain the product roadmap and backlog.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Primarily conducted in an office setting; remote work may be allowed through technology at management discretion.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to use hands and fingers.
- Ability to utilize a computer monitor with visual acuity.
- Ability to operate technology or other office machinery such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and/or in writing with others.
- Flexibility regarding situationally assigned duties outside of this job description.
Qualifications
Experience Range Note: The pay range for this position is $85,000 (entry level qualifications) to $105,000 (highly experienced). The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
