About the Role
- Full-time, on-site Graphics Designer role.
- Based in Sector 51, Gurgaon.
- Salary: INR 25,000.
- WFH: No.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual assets for digital and print channels.
- Design social media creatives, marketing collaterals, presentation decks, and branding materials for senior doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
- Conceptualize and execute design briefs.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams.
- Maintain visual consistency across MAATRI’s platform and partner brands.
- Work on logo design, brand identity systems, typography choices, and layouts.
- Support campaign design.
- Refine existing assets.
- Prepare files optimized for various digital platforms and print production.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding.
- Applied skills in Typography and layout design.
- Hands-on experience with design tools.
- Portfolio demonstrating work on digital marketing creatives, social media assets, and brand campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and openness to feedback.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Healthcare or education sector experience is a plus.
