About the Role

The Member role at Komfy Trip is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Jaipur Area. This role supports daily travel operations by assisting with itinerary planning, coordinating bookings for flights, hotels, and activities, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. The team member interacts with customers to understand their preferences, provide information, and help resolve routine travel-related issues. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to maintain service quality, updating internal records and tools, and contributing to a smooth, customer-focused travel experience. Qualifications

• Basic proficiency with office and booking tools (such as spreadsheets, email, and online reservation platforms) and willingness to learn new systems.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset, reliability, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving and supporting team goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Further education in travel, hospitality, or business is an advantage.
