About the Role
The Layered Studio is looking for a Team Leader Intern to join its growing team. This internship is for individuals with a passion for managing people, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth execution. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, guiding team members, and ensuring efficient project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily tasks assigned to interns and team members.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct daily follow-ups and maintain work updates.
- Communicate effectively between management and the team.
- Assist in planning workflows and improving team productivity.
- Prepare reports and maintain task trackers.
- Identify challenges and help resolve them proactively.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across all assigned work.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team coordination.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
