About the Role
You will be aligned with Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, helping to determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Boosting vendor compliance, cutting savings erosion, and improving discount capture using preferred suppliers.
- Confirming pricing and terms prior to payment.
- Responsible for the accounting of goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
- Overseeing the end-to-end order sequence of procurement and financial processes.
- Designing, implementing, managing, and supporting accounts payable activities by applying relevant processes, policies, and applications.
- Ensuring timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices.
- Managing purchase and non-purchase orders.
- Performing two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
- Systematically handling and managing incoming invoices within the business or organization.
- Verifying invoice accuracy, matching them with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiating the payment process.

- Primary skill: Invoice Processing - P1
- Secondary skill: Account Reconciliations - P1
