About the Role
This person will support the management of client projects and processes to ensure project accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to our Detroit (Troy) or Chicago office for a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Traffic tactical project flows
- Learn and apply our ways of working to the day-to-day executional tasks
- Open jobs
- Assist with project schedules
- Assist with status reports
- Support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in all other needs
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
- Ability to manage time, adhere to strict timelines, multitask, and work well under pressure
- Detail orientation and ability to ensure projects align with client brand style and guidelines
- Proactive nature in seeking work/responsibility
- Dependability in execution of work and as a team member
- Enthusiastic, solution-oriented attitude
- Desire to learn all aspects of the assigned client scope of work and tactics
- Effective interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- 0-1 years experience
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field, in addition to any internship experience
- Interest in the Project Management discipline
- Retail/shopper knowledge is a plus
