About the Role

At Luxuriate Management, Retail Marketing Specialists are integral in building customer relationships, representing clients, and supporting the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies. This position is fully on-site at our Charlotte office. In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, communicate client products and services, and create positive experiences that strengthen customer relationships and brand awareness for our retail partners. You will also gain hands-on exposure to marketing/sales, customer acquisition, business operations, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of customer-focused marketing strategies.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product and service recommendations.
• Represent clients and their brands in a professional and positive manner.
• Support customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to execute targeted customer engagement strategies.
• Maintain a strong understanding of client products, services, promotions, and campaign objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing/sales, communication, leadership, and business development.
