About the Role

The Owner role at Ramaani The Natures Essence is a full-time, on-site position based in Paschim Vihar. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, including production planning, quality control, and supply chain coordination to ensure consistent delivery of premium cold-pressed oils. The Owner will manage vendor relationships, supervise staff, and maintain compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities also include developing business strategy, managing finances, and guiding brand and marketing initiatives to drive growth. The role requires hands-on involvement in decision-making, problem-solving, and continuous improvement across all business functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or small business management, preferably in food, FMCG, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and basic supply chain or inventory management.
• Ability to manage finances, budgeting, and vendor contracts with strong attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team supervision, performance management, and creating a positive workplace culture.
• Basic understanding of food safety standards, regulatory compliance, and documentation requirements.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfort with using spreadsheets, business software, and digital tools.
• Commitment to quality, integrity, and maintaining the brand’s heritage and customer trust.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Food Technology, or a related field is beneficial; relevant experience may substitute formal education.
