About the Role

Razorpay is hiring an AI Engineer - CxO Office. This role involves working directly with a CxO and a small team to rapidly take ideas from conception to launch. The role requires a flexible approach, potentially involving engineering, product, design, and analytics responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Building AI agents
• Developing internal automations
• Creating customer-facing products
• Implementing agentic workflows
• Establishing experiments + eval systems
• Developing solutions that create the most leverage

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience building and shipping projects outside of formal job roles.
• Demonstrated experience experimenting deeply with open-source models.
• Proven ability to fine-tune models.
• Experience building multi-agent systems.
• Contributions to OSS (Open Source Software).
• Experience shipping products with real users.
• Experience replacing manual processes with an agent.
• Experience building personal AI workflows / tooling.
• Availability of public artifacts demonstrating work.
• Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver solutions quickly.

This role is based in Bengaluru.
