About the Role
- Production Trainee position at Tata AutoComp Gotion Green Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
- Location: Chakan / Pune, Maharashtra
- Employment Type: Trainee
Key Responsibilities
- Work on production line activities related to battery manufacturing.
- Assist in assembly, fitting, and manufacturing operations.
- Operate production machines and equipment as per company instructions.
- Perform basic inspection and quality checking of products.
- Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and 5S standards.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth production operations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic understanding of manufacturing activities.
- Good discipline and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Positive attitude and hardworking nature.
- Interest in the automobile and battery manufacturing industry.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Age: As per company norms.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate / Any Degree.
